All regular and part-time employees are eligible for the West Advantage Plan on the first month following three months of continuous employment. Current eligible employees who experience a status change from full- to part-time will also be eligible for the West Advantage Plan.
For part-time employees, the West Advantage Plan provides limited medical and dental coverage. This plan also provides $5,000 in life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
